Matt Friend

Matt began tattooing 8 years ago in the unique setting of the Channel Islands. He grew up in Jersey which is more known for rugged coastlines than tattooing. Even in this quiet part of the world he became fascinated with tattooing and was determined to learn the trade. Matt tattooed around the UK for most of his career before making the move to Sydney.

Matt specialises in traditional tattooing with its clean lines, bold colours and the classic style that lasts a lifetime. His work is deeply influenced by legends like Bert Grimm, Huck Spaulding and Paul Rodgers. Matt is also very diverse and can tattoo any walk ins that come into the shop. His love and passion for tattooing ensures that all of his work is clean and will stand the test of time.
